Coaching is focused on exploring your current situation and helping you move forward with greater clarity and intention. It is not therapy or counselling and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, coaching provides a supportive space to reflect, gain perspective and develop practical ways, sometimes using innovative tools, to create desired change.
You can bring anything that feels important to you — whether it relates to your work, relationships, personal direction or general wellbeing. Coaching is flexible and led by what is most relevant for you at the time.
Sessions are conducted one-to-one via Zoom or in person and typically run for one hour. Conversations are confidential, supportive and focused on helping you explore your situation and take meaningful steps forward.
Personal coaching is open-ended, allowing you to work at a pace that suits you. For those who prefer more structure, the Program/s provide a guided coaching journey with weekly sessions and reflection.
